well day 3 of this blip so bloody annoying just wont seem to pass im doing my breathing etc had to take a pro and anti sickness last night . I hope to god im not going back to the beginning again

when i first started on cit when i was at my worse
a blip is when u get some symptoms again its not so bad but still sets u back
