So im a 25 yr old man who had risky unprotected anal sex and vaginal sex with 3 women several times. Plus protected sex with others. Basically i have sexual relations.
Almost 2 months ago i noticed two pink small bumps that look like blisters in the top of my scrotum, almost close to my shaft. They've been there for 2 months now and they have been completely painless since then. They do not itch, burn, ache .. nothing. Then a month ago i noticed another one in the middle of my pubic hair area and then an extremely small one that is right underneath the 2 original ones. And like i said they're painless and cannot be popped. I tried a lot even with a toothpick. They just dont go.
Then a week ago i noticed a big bump in my inner thigh that is skin like colored. It's quit big like the yellow m&ms that wasn't painful at start. But a few days later it was kind of painful when pressure is applied. What i mean by that is like when i walk for example, friction and rubbing betwwen thigh puts pressure on it so it's kind of painful, or when i press it. And then one day i slept and woke up and saw all blood in my underwear and my shorts. And a few days later it healed which brings us to today where it's just a little smaller in size but it looks reddish now. And still mild pain exists when pressure is applied. The total period for this has been 1 week almost.
So my question is: is this herpes? Syphillis? Or what?
