Blister-like bumps on butt checks

This happen a week ago and it still won't heal. It started off as bumps on the butt check and then after I exercised two of them begin leaking liquid. It is not like pus and it is ordorless. It is not painful as well. But it does make my underwear wet and uncomfortable.

Please help

If its not painful, then it maybe just an allergice reaction to some chemical, skin lotion, etc 

Try to identify that and remove this chemical.

Try some anti allergic if at all it help you. Some times such episodes occur without any reason
