I noticed two nights ago that I had a bump (felt just like a pimple) and I popped it. The next morning I went to use the bathroom and it was bleeding and it burned when I peed because the blister was open. Only first thing in the morning, though. Wearing no underwear is supposed to more healthy for the private parts. I wouldn’t have popped a spot in such a delicate area, you could have introduced bacteria to the wound and made it worse. Masturbation, if dry, could cause irritation. That area of your body is very delicate and you shouldn’t mess about with it too much. I am not saying don’t masturabte but be gentle, use lube and always ensure you have clean hands and vibrator. The milky discharge could be thrush - do you have itching and soreness too? You might need to see a doctor to get a high vagunal swab to test for a yeast or bacterial infection (thrush or bacterial vaginosis- not caused by sex).

Yeah, leave any spots on there alone. They usually go away on their own.
