Blisters Inside Mouth? HELP

A couple of days ago I noticed the roof of my mouth by my front teeth was peeling skin off and it felt a little tingly I guess, like when you have burned your mouth. Now today I took a pic to see it and I have blisters or something at the roof of my mouth. They don’t seem like they are filled with anything so I’m not sure if they’re actually blisters. But they don’t hurt or anything, although if I push on them with my finger it is a little tender. The one I notice the most if the one in the middle, that is the closest to the back of my front teeth (this is the part that had peeled its skin). In my mouth it just feel really smooth and a little soft, not like squishy though. Again, it feels like when you eat something really hot and it burns your mouth.

Now today, I just noticed a blister/sore on my top gum between my two front teeth. It didn’t hurt or feel like anything. I only noticed when I was putting my retainer in and it wouldn’t go on because the sore must’ve been elevated or something. I forced the retainer on and it was a little discomforting and it bled. It goes on and off more easily now as I’ve been messing with it but I can feel it scraping the skin on my gum where the sore is. Since I scraped it, it still doesn’t really hurt it is just a little sensitive/tender. I’ve never had this before

Does anyone know what these are & if they are related? I’ve eaten hot food but don’t remember actually burning my mouth, although it could be possible. But the burn wouldn’t be responsible for the sore on my gum… should I be worried and will it heal itself???

Put salty water on your mouth blisters and over time the blisters will go away.
