This is the first time it has happened, this blisters are filled with puss-like liquid, but contain no blood. They aren't painful or itchy, they just exist. It is also like I´m shedding skin???? What could it be?

Probably fungal, but you need a medic to prescribe the right stuff.
Possibly just a bad case of balanitis, but you need to see a doctor. You could either see your GP, or if you're in the UK, you could go to a genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinic - google "GUM clinic near me" for details.
