Blisters on top of lump. Is it herpes PLEASE HELP!!!

help!! this just broke out tonight at first it was just a lump like an ingrown hair then tonights its blistered. is it herpess??? im freakign out

this does look like herpes to me due to the pus/ white-ish blisters and the rapid change in appearance i would get it swabbed asap any other symptoms?

i have no symptoms, peeing is fine, havent itched at all ! here is what its like just this morning? no more blisters ? image
