Hi, I have burning sensation while urinating. When I pulled the foreskin back 2 days ago, I saw 2-3 blisters in yellow color. Today when i try to pull the foreskin, it is painful. What do I do? Whom do I consult?
See a doctor right away if you have any sense.
Could be balanitis. Maybe you haven't cleaned under your foreskin often enough? See your own doctor, or find a sexual health clinic.
That looks bad, and you should see a doctor asap. You could either see your GP, or if you're in the UK, you could go to a genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinic - google "GUM clinic near me" for details.

I suspect you may have either bad regular balanitis, which is quite easy to treat, or lichen sclerosus (aka balanitis xerotica obliterans or BXO), which is worse. It could be something else though.
Please please please see a doctor.
