Since I quit smoking cigarettes I have definitely ate more then usual. I feel pregnant and huge because my stomach is like swollen like. I'm extremely bloated, very full and every time I eat I throw up a little in my mouth even when burping. I just feel like throwing up. Today especially I only ate 3 meals and a churro and I want to vomit. I can feel it in my throat. I don't have abdominal pain or any pain for that matter. I'm so uncomfortable. It feels like it's been a thing for the last week or 2. I don't even want to eat anymore to refrain from the feeling. Someone please give me advice. I just bought some gas x to see if that will help
Have you been to your doctor? In the meantime. keep a food diary and avoid gassy foods like broccoli, cabbage and Brussel sprouts. Fatty and spicy foods should also be avoided. If you have non celiac gluten intolerance, foods such as wheat can make you bloated.
I've never had any type of food intolerances before so I hope not now. Even this morning all I've had is 2 cups of coffee and 3 little peanut butter crackers. I feel so full. I haven't had a bowel in almost 2 days either. Worries me
Peanut butter can be a powerful GI stimulant because it is a hydrogenated fat and commercially made crackers may have additives in them that could upset your digestion if you are having a lot of it. It may be better to have a small amount of it only on toast rather than crackers.
Try an orange every day to see if it helps move your bowel or prune juice if you like it. I tried these for my IBS constipation and it worked. However, if you have had these symptoms for a week or more, see you doctor.
