I had severe joint pain, bloating stomach with nausea and giddiness in January. I was admitted to the hospital as I started throwing up and had diarrhea. Did endoscopy, colonoscopy, and all required blood tests. Doctors could not diagnose my problem. I was on antibiotics and then later was diagnosed with Sjogrens Syndrome by my Rheumatologist. I am on steroids and HCQS for 4 months now. I still get bloated stomach with cramps on and off. Visited general physician as well. they just gave gastro medicines to manage it temporarily. Don't know what causes this bloating and discomfort. Any advice.
So are you on any kind of drug that has side effects. You have probably alright done this but google and see if this is the case. It is normal for us to trust in our doctor with their diagnosis but it might be wise to consult with another doctor. good luck, garnella
Thank you for your response. Yes, I did visit 3 doctors to ensure I am on right track. They all suggested same medicines. My concern is why I keep getting this bloating inspite of all these medication.
