Does anyone else sometimes feel bloated but your not actually physically bloated?

My stomach feels weird like i am full or full of gas.
I don't know that I would call what I feel bloated exactly.
Even if I open my bowels I sometimes feel there is still something there that needs to be got rid of but I can't get rid of it. Sorry if that sounds horrible!

Hi Dianne--I feel bloated but I have a big belly and I can't tell if I'm physically bloated. I also feel like I'm full of gas and like Sarah even if I've just gone to the bathroom, I still feel like there is more "in there". It's very uncomfortable.
