Tonight I'm feeling bloated and feel like I can't get a full breath, I'm also having bad back pain and extremely tired all the sudden

Do you know what your bloating is from? I have bloating from Irritable Bowel Syndrome. When your stomach is bloated it pushes on your diaphragm and gives you the sensation if shortness of breath. I am not saying that is what is happening to you but I know it can happen. How severe is your back pain. Are you vomiting? Is this the first time you have had this?
It's been going on for a while now, I recently found out that I'm now lactose intolerant so I have to avoid all dairy, my lower back and and middle back had been making it difficult to stand up straight , I have had X-rays of my back and everything comes back normal but on a scale of one to ten my pain is a five
