I have had a TURP and subsequent stricture ops. Currently my urine flow is OK. BUT when I ejaculate (PS I had a vasectomy 30 years ago so no semen) it was getting painful. I am guessing a blocked semen outlet. Last time no semen came out (note it goes into the bladder first (retrograde ejaculation) due to the TURP then out with the next pee) on my next pee but leaked out couple of days later. I noticed because a pain started up just to the right of my centre line behind that bone there which I am sure is related. The pain has changed a bit over the last few weeks but still there (not intense just annoying).
