I am a 23 year old female who just recently noticed some abnormal bleeding during my period. I have been taking antibiotics for the past week for what I believed to be a bladder infection based on symptoms of abdominal discomfort, urgency to urinate, almost a bloated or inflammation type of feeling in my lower abdomen and a lot of pain during the end of urination. I just started my period yesterday and bleeding appeared to be normal. My level of discomfort and pain associated to my period is not severe but is more prominent that other times. Today I have more urgency to urinate, and noticed 3 blood clots after removing my tampon. I typically do have clots during my period, however these ones appeared to have tissue and a different colour to them. I have experienced pain during intercourse recently, and am not sure if that is a factor or not...
I have attached a picture of the clot, I apologize if this is disturbing, I am really hoping for some insight as to whether I should be concerned about a miscarriage or if there may be something else going on? Or if this is considered normal?

Dont worry that’s just uterine lining i have clots all the time. They become more common the older you are
