i am slowly recuperating from 2 back to back diverticulitis (each identified by a CT scan), and so 2 rounds of antibiotics. I lost 15 pounds in one month. I thought I was on the mend, but i still have a lot of gassy diarrhea, although now less liquidity than a week ago, and noticed yesterday a bit of bright blood in there.... no fever, no acute pain. Some pain,mostly before going to the toilet. Anyone else? Should I worry?

I really don’t think you need worry. Obviously your flare up is still hanging around and not completely better yet. I always get bloody mucusy stools it seems to affect people in different ways. Stay off fibre until it has completely clear and also a bland diet. Hope you feel better soon its such a miserable condition.
I have quite a bit of blood on and off. I went to the doc who sent me for a sigmoidoscopy and a scan. Diagnosis was the diverticular causing it. I was scared at first but if it happens now I know what it is . Don't worry as you have had the tests so obviously like a lot of us only diverticular was found .
Diverticular can cause bleeding .
