I have blood in stool, about 1 month ago I had fresh blood in stool 4times then stopped , then I went to hospital to do Ultrasound, Colposcopy, Endoscopy, and Biopsy. I was diagnosed with Chronic Gastritis. Doctor said it may be my stool is too hard and it tears my anus a bit. but today there still a little fresh blood (just like a little drop of water) on my stool. So should I worry ?

I wouldn't worry or differently do not google,I have the same thing my stool is yellow and occasionally blood in mucus with the stool,I googled and now contracted health anexity,which has made my stomach worse from constantly overthinking and worrying about it,I would go back to your gp then he will point you in the right direction
If the diagnosis was what you said wellthis is what's happening again hard stools causing the problem - go back to doctor and confirm that but agree with the other person don't google - sure there's nothing wrong
If the doctor thinks you have a fissure, don't worry. Simply try a stool softener to make them easier to pass. Eat plenty of fruit and vegetables to make sure you have enough fbre.
