Blood in urine

hi ladies I have been on HRT for a year yesterday I noticed blood in my urine and it has continued today I haven't had a period in four months could this be a period working on me I have a sore lower back but no other symptoms thanks for any advice

Is there blood on paper when you wipe?

I had this happen a couple years ago but it was more pink tissue when wiping after peeing. Didn't really see blood in toilet. Was just spotting I found out after seeing my dr.

Yes their is blood on the toilet Paper

Thanks for replying I think it's menopausal

if blood on toliet paper then more than likely period rather spotting or light so far.
