Is it ok for someone’s BP to go to like 160/75 at some stage during the day? It’s not always like that but I do sometimes get readings like that? I don’t know what to do. Doctors on Friday said BP is perfect and heart sounds fine 
so scared of life right now
Yes blood pressure fluctuates during the day nest way to know if you have high nlood pressure is to take it at night before ned and first thing in the morning for a week during the day yes it will be higher depends on what you are doing stress anxiety etc . been therw done that of a worry
