How can i bring my bp down "right now"? 174 over 91

I’ve just been taken off bp pills so here are my dietary changes: porridge for breakfast with flax seed, chia seeds, walnuts NOT every day as it’s boring Much less red meat, hardly any, more chickpeas, veg, lentils A dog walk in nature most days …

When you say “right now” do you mean something you can do over 5 - 10 minutes that will have an effect or do you mean lifestyle changes?

If it’s the first, relax, deep breaths, quiet room for 10 minutes normally works for me.
the second, diet, exercise, weight, smoking, stress all have an effect and you probably need a fundamental look at some or all of them plus others I haven’t thought of.
