Ferritin 14.5. B12 343. Folate 19.4. Ref ranges not yet available. Any comments welcome please. I am thinking I need b12 injections.

your hb is ok
your ferritin is low it should be between 30 and 300
if below 30 your red blood cells can be forming slightly smaller than they should be hence leading to symptoms of anaemia even though your hb is ok .
they class you as iron deficient not anaemia apparently but if you don’t get your ferritin levels higher your hb will go down ..
you need iron tablets that are prepscription level.
Just read below 200 is deficient in b12 so that looks ok too.
