so out of suspicion of having mono i was ordered by my doctor to get a blood test done. i checked my results online ... my RBC , hemoglobin and hematocrit are all low. normal RBC - 4.00 to 5.10 MY RBC - 3.99 normal hemoglobin - 120 to 153 MY HEMOGLOBIN - 115 normal hematocrit - 0.360 to 0.450 MY HEMATOCRIT - 0.350 im concered that my low red blood count , hemoglobin and hematocrit signals that i have mono. my mom thinks its just low blood pressure / a bit of anemia. im looking for second opinions?
Looks like just mild anemia.. Your mom is right. A low dose over the counter iron pill will help raise your levels and will help with any symptoms that may have, if any. It will take a couple months for levels to go up, but you may need to continue with taking the iron for years. I would suggest to get your levels retested every 4 to 6 though, as high iron levels is not good either.

you say its mild right? can mild anemia be serious? like cause fainting etc? i am constantly tired .. like extremely tired . cant breathe & dizzy. i also have anxiety though and am not sure if it could be the anxiety or if these are anemia symptoms . any advice other than the low dose iron supplement ?
Mild anemia can definitely cause all of your symptoms, tired, low energy, dizzy. Also, low iron/anemia can cause anxiety too, so treating your low iron will help will all your symptoms, but it may take a few months to start feeling improvement.
