does your butthole hurt? i think the hard poop caused fisures around your anus.
it looks like bleeding from a haemorrhoid, caused by straining on account of the constipation, but to be on the safe side you should go to your doctor and have them check to rule out other causes.
Try a stool softener to make stools easier to pass. You may have a fissure or haemorrhoid from straining a lot. I would see your doctor and ask to be checked for haemorrhoids or fissures.
