Alright, so - for the past few weeks or two months or so, I've been blowing my nose quite often.
(It's become a habit, even when I don't have a cold - I need to blow my nose.)
Yes - I'm working on fixing and putting and end to that habit.
But; I have a question -
Can blowing your nose too much/too hard result in a ruptured blood vessel in the brain? I've read that it's possible, yet rare.
And, if it is truly possible - does it happen instantly? Like, just as I blow my nose? Or will it take its time?
I apologize for my hypochondria- but I just need some reassurance, please.
