blue penis coloring & small flat stuff at and of foreskin

Okay, I'm  a teenager, and I have tight foreskin and I can't get the glans to come out. I asked a lot before and now twice a week I stretch. I think I'm doing pretty good progress and I can feel that it'll coom out very soon. Here's the thing: Today, during shower I noticed blue coloring on the right down side on the glans, it was right to the "string" (I dunno how it's exactly called) that connects the glans and the foreskin I guess. There was no blue coloring on the left side. I noticed it before too, but now I'm kinda worried.

There are also weird white-yellow white pimples at the very end of the foreskin. I don't know if I should include pictures because I'm under 18.

The pimples on the foreskin may be normal. Look up what fordyce spot is on the internet- they are very common. The coloration can change depending on the amount of blood vessels. The stringy thing is called a frenulum. You are normal, just keep stretching your foreskin smile you can do it a lot more often than 2x a week if there is no pain, redness or inflammation. Yup! These are fordyce spots! Completely normal and you have nothing to worry about smile you cannot get pimples on your inner foreskin because it's a mucosa, the same tissue in your eyelids and mouth.
