Does anyone else experience increased anxiety and panic when in bright lighted rooms?
Yes it’s because of the adrenaline from the anxiety, it causes your pupils to dialtate letting in more light.
Oh my god yes !!!!!!!!! Especially in food stores when I go shopping ! Sometimes I don't even wanna finish cuz of the stupid lighting!!! Yes happens to me too
