Body not listening to me...

Hi guys really need help.

I have a problem with my body - its just not listening to me. Its always tense. But the most inportantly my legs are gone! I have a poor balance, simetimes walk like im drunk. Legs are very heavy and tense every time I walk or stand. In fact I cant walk much or stand. On couple of occasions my friends had to carry me because my legs were gonna. I can deal with the body tension, BUT I CANT DEAL WITH MY LEGS BEING GONE!!

Im going to the gym three times a week and do cardio exercises like claiming the steps, walking, YES WALKING not RUNNING because I cant run. Walking with both of my hands on the machine. Even after just walking for 10 minutes, my legs are num, I dont feel them for a while.

Anyway, things are really messed up, been to the doctors and no one can give me answers.I have no idea if its mental or physical, doctors cant say much.  SOS

that is strange. does this happen when you are particularly anxious about something or under stress? to be safe, i would probably go to a neuro or physical therapy specialist. i had a slipped disc a few years ago and it affected my legs-- although not both at the same time. hope you find answers soon!

Well, I kinda feel like this most of the time, but ESPECIALLY when Im walking amongst people, then I start to panic, get dizzy, my heart speeds up, Im sweating heavily, feels like everyone want to kill me, and obviously i get INSANE muscle tension. I cant even walk down stairs properly witouhgt holding a rail. But I still feel similar when Im on my own

Hopefully you have had a physical with your gp.assuming you did and its all axiety caused STOP negative talking to yourself. You have created interesting anxiety rukes for yourself and you must abandon them. You would benifit from mindful breathing and cbt, your symptoms seem anxiety related. It is great you go the gym but focusing on your legs and self talk is a bad idea. Your mind is creating the symptoms ironically. Anxiety is like a internal bully. Very common on the symptoms though. I have experienced similiar symptoms. Its a journey here so be patient and everytime your mind starts with the tingling or heavyness tell it to accept it is a stress response and will stop when the anxiety calms down. Maybe switch to aerobics so you are so busy focusing on the class you wont be able to let your mind wonder.every paragraoh you wrote was negative self talk so you are aware.
