Does anyone else get body pain with anxiety or depression 

I actually feel like I’m 90 I’m 37 

My mind is 24/7 with health anxiety it’s like I’ll never be normal 

Please list where you get sore etc and anything else please

i also have health anxiety . the only thing i hated about it is the feeling of tiredness. im 34 yrs old.

Yes I do! It sucks and nothing I take will help

Yes I am facing it.

Arm pain, hand pain including fingers,

Breathing problem, chest pain, stomach discomfort, back pain.

My all heart test are normal.

It's just by anxiety. Don't Google symptoms its just making anxiety worse.

I've been experiencing body pains and aches for the past 3 months now because of my chronic anxiety. It's quite annoying and frustrating, feels like my life quality has severely declined because of the on-going body pains.

As of right now, I do feel stomach pain from time to time, a sore throat, occassional throat pain, more often near the clavicle, which is very odd, earache is another symptom which pops up from time to time, and then disappears in a matter of seconds.

Neck, back, chest pain, stomach discomfort, headaches, and random pain in arm and legs. It’s been debilitating for me.

Actually no, that has never happened to me before. I guess every body reacts differently.

HI I get numb hands at night , i jump up it shocks me, start shakeing my arms,

How long have you had it ? I never used to get it now my anxiety is super high all the time I get it most night now it freaks me out

I constantly get body pain especially when my anxiety is high. The worst is pain in my legs. I also get lots of sensations of tingly, burning and numbness.

Where’s the knumbness normally ??

I get a little in my feet but mainly hands and arms at night

Does any one think our pain could be fibro. I am suffering from extreme anxiety since 11 months. Pain in thugh, bicep, limbs from 6 months. I wish i didn't have health anxiety which has built up all these. I dont suffer from fatigue. But pains all over.

My doctor actually mentioned fibro due to all my random pains.
