Body rush

Zadajte text ...Hello everyone!

I am suffering from severe anxiety, health anxiety, phobia, trauma and panic attacks, but I have one symptom which is extremly disturbing and scary for me and it causes me more anxiety and panic!

Several times a day (even when I'm calm) I get something like wave of fear through my body! It starts which disordered vision or something which makes me feel like I'm out of reality for a second! I start to be super confused and panic and then huge wave hits my body! It is like a weve of scare! My stomach tingling too much and the waves are spreated into my arms, legs and head! But sometimes everything starts from weird feeling in head and the waves go through down my body!

It takes only few seconds! But after that my heart is beating fast, I have short breath and feel very anxious!

Can it be adrenalin rush?? I'm just very scared that I have serious disease which is causing me this! Please help!!!!!

Hi Juffy, OMG this describes what happens to me to a t. I have exactly the same its like my vision starts getting darker and hazier almost foggy/blurry it only lasts seconds then a massive wave of fear through my whole body. I feel like I need to escape and be safe so it goes but usually by the time I have done that it starts to ease and I feel bit better. It can happen up to 20/30 times a day. What is this? Is it a condition? Is it anxiety? I am scared too. Just to say your not alone with this

its a panic attack and your bodies response is the adrenaline. everything you have said is classic panic attack symptoms. its very scary but its harmless.

Yeah but Darren it happens numerous times throughout the day and may only last seconds. I thought that panic attacks last much longer like 10-15 mins.

it can vary . some panic attacks can last seconds others minutes, others can last about an hour. depends how quick you control it.

my de ja vu lasts about 20 seconds but the waves and funny feeling can last for up to 10 mins

hello there ive been having a similar feeling but mine happens when im drifting off to sleep or if i am asleep all of a sudden i will be woken up to a rush through my body which feels like my heart just stopped for a split second its a scary feeling then i struggle to go back to sleep as i worry it may happen again? can anyone else relate to this!

This sounds exactly like what i was diagnosed with a couple years ago, panic disorder.
Its from too much stress in life, and can lead to depression if you don’t know whats happening.
I used to have them constantly 24/7 now its very rare, but if i do get them its usually when I’ve had no sleep , been drinking the night before, or I’m worrying about something , but nit realizing how much its affecting me.
My personal sugestion would be to really look after your selves, enough sleep , walking meditation, yoga, adult colouring books, and routine , routine very important. Keeping busy is also key and research , this forum is also so good for reassurance and to get things off your chest.
