My body temperature changes a lot. One minute I’ll be hot and the next I have the chills. Could this be anxiety related or even from remeron withdrawals? I was on 30mg two weeks ago and I’ve tapered down to 7.5 by yesterday.

You have tapered down very fast. I had the chills too when I was withdrawing, I remember shivering like crazy at the doctors and on other occasions. Its like a mix of anxiety/ withdrawl effects. I haven't had those since I got off Mirt though. Good luck.
