Boil or ??

about two months ago, i got this red/flesh colored lump on my buttock. i left it alone for about two weeks & it never went away. so i forcefully popped it & clear fluid came out along with blood. the clear fluid had no smell. the lump went flat for about a week & than it started to grow back. so i messed with it for awhile & it turned purple. i couldn't pop it again because it hurt to much.

last night i was able to forcefully pop it again, the same clear fluid & blood came out - still no smell. it is flat again. i have been doing sits baths & warm compresses. this is the ONLY lump i have on my body. no other symptoms either. does this look like a boil or cyst or something else?

i had this same thing and i popped it a couple time and then it went away for good!
