Hi folks,
ill try and keep this as breif as possible,
for the last 6 months or so, i have had pains in my legs and arms, put it down to working to much.
Then around 6 weeks ago i started getting sore tight hands in the morning, this then went on to sore hands all the time.
Around a year ago i was diagnosed B12 Deficient, was given loading doses and then told to come back every 3 months, at that time i was wakening with severe pins and needles in my hands.
Fast forward back to now, I had a test done to check my Vitamin D, which came back pretty low, 13ng/ml or 33nmol/mg.
So i thought i had cracked it, i done a load of reading and researching, started taking 10000mg of D3 every day, plus magnesium, zinc, K2, and boron.
Pains have got quite a bit worse, mainly my hands, but if i squeeze on bones and muscles it hurts pretty bad, forearms, all my finger bones, feet and sternum being the worst.
Is it normal to have more pain as the D3 etc do there thing?
I did test positive a year or so ago for anti nuclear factor, but doctor wasnt concerned.
I have looked and looked at symptoms of Autoimmune disorders and my symptoms dont really fit any of them as such. I have no swelling or redness, no rashes, nothing, just the pains.
Im waiting on an appointment date to see Rhuematologist, just trying to self help just now.
Thanks if you have read this far.
