Hi ladies I'm sorry I know this has been asked before but I can't remember details.

I'm having a bad flare all the usual stuff is not working so I've bought some borax can you advise how to use.

I was having a bad flare as well being recently diagnosed three months ago. Nothing was working! Not even borax and soda or emu oil. Did more research so I found this...2Tbsp castor oil with one drop lemongrass essential oil and three drops lavender.....it's working!! Along with the steroid cream as well!

I have never used steroid cream I feel that it makes flares happen and makes it worse I only use castor oil and lavender and never have any flares ever and it takes the itching away if I have a little bit of itching

I also take one tablespoon of borax and one tablespoon of baking soda in a Stitz baths everyday
