Both partners in relationship developing raynauds

hi, my partner got this the same time as me.  Is this something that normally happens?

Well it's not infectious so it must be a coincidence but I think it must be extremely unusual.

I've not heard of both partners getting this at the same time it's just a coincidence anyone can get raynaulds at any time it's just what it is & unfortanatly that you & your partner have got it at the same time my husband had very painful gout then I got raynaulds not quite related but suffer the pain that comes with both.
