Both places been itching like hell

First picture: I have no idea what that stuff on the lower of the head is. Also no idea what the bumps on my foreskin are whenever i pull back i can see them, and sometimes they itch or hurt when i touch them. Also some white dots on my foreskin second picture: it sometimes itches and feels very dry/scaly dont know if its a yeast infection please help

Also they feel much better after a hot shower but go back to hurting and itching after that

you could have a yeast infection that is causing the itching
