Bottom of penis shaft slightly discoloured

I recently noticed that the bottom of my penis shaft is slightly discoloured. Even though this hasn't caused me any pain or discomfort I'd like to know if i should be worried or not. Thank you!imageimage

There is nothing to worry about. I have the same thing on the under side of my penis. My is even darker. I think it is normal Have not seen to many over the year.
