Bowel Issues for a month

Hi All, New here, but not new to IBS, anxiety, and depression. I am 38/M. Been dealing with these issues my whole life. For the past month, I have been having an issue of running to the toilet 30-60 minutes after my first meal of the day. It isn't total diarrhea, but very loose. After that, I am good, aside from gas.. Sometimes I even have normal BMs. Since then, I have been a mental mess. Dry heaving, crying, wanting to just sleep. This leads to upset stomach, lower back pain (also a desk job), ect. My mind is convinced I have a serious illness. I should mention, my Gallbladder was removed 10-months ago. I have read that these issues can develop after the removal. Especially, if you previously had IBS. I dont know. Went to the doctor. They did full blood work, all of which is normal. He said IBS. I had the fecal blood test completed over three days, all good. Not sure what to do. Just want to be normal. So sick of always having something "wrong".
