Bowel issues

hi have a issue going on at the minute and im rather worried about it and cant get a doc appointment for 2 weeks. 3days ago i started feeling loads of wind in my stomach i would feel like i need to pass a stool but nothing would happen. to movicol and could hear my stomach gurgling all night and had diarrhea the next morning. still felt like i wasnt completly empty though. 2 days go by and every morning i would sit up in bed and all by itself their would be this huge burp that comes from nowhere and would break wind about 15 times. today after going toilet the wind has died down.usually i feel the urge i go and out it comes.now i feel it moving to where it needs to be but it stays there for a while and i have to really push and out comes soft stool. its yellow but not sure why i dont think ive eaten anything to change the colour. had a colonoscopy 2 years ago and they romoved a polyp but that was different symptoms. anyway this morning i went and it came straight out.havent had much gas today passed a stool twice and the yellow colour pretty much was more of a brown this time. then i ate my tea passed a stool half hour later and its yellow again anyone experiance this before?many thanks

Maybe your stools are moving through you too quickly; that can cause yellow stools. Try a food diary to see if a food is causing it. Ask your doctor about IBS when you see him in two weeks. Are you having any abdominal pain?

no not really.i ate a ben and jerries pot of chocolate brownie the other night yes not healthy but wanted to test somthing as that usually changes my stool to very dark brown

the next day my stool was very dark brown.with a tiny bit of yellow instead of full yellow.
so that must mean their aint a blockage as it didnt stay yellow?

If you are managing to pass stools regularly, it would suggest that they are not backing up in your bowel. However, you will need to ask your doctor when you see him the reason why your stools didn’t stay yellow on the occasion you ate a brownie. I am not a doctor; these questions are best answered by a medical professional. Maybe try a food diary to see if any particular food is changing the colour of your stools.
