3months ago I had open surgery to have gallbladder removed .

And for and for the past. Six weeks. I have been having bowel trouble like diarrhea

And loose stools I pass through quite often in course of a day .

I have just the routine bowel screening that comes through the post and that came back normal

.sound don't if it is the after affects. Of the operation or. If it is polips. As they found polyip s. About ten years ago but my GP s only records up to seven years

I am now getting quite concerned.

Any information would be greafull

You should go to your doctor and get it checked out and medicated. I feel like it IS an after effect from the operation and just the fact that you have taken your gallbladder out. I've seen of this happening to many people after taking their gallbladder out.

Gallbladder removal can cause bile acid malabsorption or IBS.  To test for BAM you would need a SECHAT scan.  Ask your doctor if either of these conditions could be possible. You could also try a gallbladder diet.
