in May 2016 I got a bad BPPV attack with terrible vomiting. Epley maneuver helped. In a few days I was fine. 2 days ago, after 10 months I was avaken at night sweating, and had another BPPV atack, this time much milder, and next day I was OK. The same head maneuver helped. Each time when I had my attacks my BP went high (160/90, 153/89), usually 110/70. And BS high FBS 120-usually at 90's. After 1 day all the numbers become normal. Has anyone experienced that?

Vertigo is stressful. That out of control feeling is bad. I get it cause I know from dealing with it so long. Running to the hospital or docs office is a waste of time and money. Done it many times.
How do you deal with it? What to do to prevent? Yes, I know that running to the hospital or docs is useless even frustrating.
Have you tried to get help from chiropractor? I don't know if it's worth it?
or any alternative medicine? I hate to wait for the next episode and do nothing to prevent.
Been to chiropractors. Didnt help. Had all the tests. Seen all the specialists. After 11 years I was sent to a neurotologist who told me it's not just bppv. I have menieres. But still no relief. Same vertigo almost every day now. Dizzy 24/7. He has me on diuretics but they are not helping. There's no cure. Just treatments to try to help with episodes. So far, it's not working.
So sorry that nothing works for you, my dear.

Stay positive, please. Take good care of yourself.
