How do I cure my brain fog? Why is my mind constantly tensed? Why am I lost, confused and overthinking to the point my mind goes blank? Nothin seems to be working, iv tried exercising, breathing techniques yet im so gone, my intelligence is gone, I used to be able to think properly, my chest feels so tight when I lay down as if though someone is squeezing it, my ocd has hit the roof, im so forgetful, my minds either like heated with an intense headache, or numb-the feeling as if im brain dead, can someone give me any tips, my GP has nothing to offer me im on my last straw, im gunna panic. I think the people around me hate me cuz of my intrusive thoughts whereby iv been temperamental, emotional and just vile, I was never like this, idk. My physical symptoms can vary from either just having a migraine to having pains all around my body especially the chest, like sharp and then dull pains, like im about to die, is there anythin anyone can advise/say that understands.
Ar you taking any medication? I understand all of your feelings and have experienced them and still do to an extent.. I think the best approach, barring any physical problems that have to be cleared up by a doctor, is a combination of cognitive therapy (the idea that thoughts controls feelings) and medication for the chemical component. I have been involved in both and understand panic attacks, brain fog, forgetfulness and other symptoms, the list goes on. Anxiety is a complicated syndrome, but is also easily understood, as both irrational fears that have a real basis in our emotions and lives. I also believe that anxiety can be both inherited genetically, my mother was very neurotic, my father drank to hide feelings (but they didn't really understand how to deal with their feelings either), and learned over time. Psychosomatic symptoms are your body reacting to your thoughts and fears that are hidden and need to be understood and exposed. This is why a good therapist is important. Hang in there, but try to understand where your thoughts/feelings are coming from. They can also be a reaction to some situation in life that you want to escape, i.e. environmentally induced. There are so many things that trigger anxiety, it is best to find a talk buddy/therapist and really try and understand, not just be a victim of circumstances.

Try Mindfulness and see if that lifts the mood and calm your Anxiety. You can also try Breathing Techniques.
Breath deep through your nose to lungs, press the air from your lungs using your diaphram up through your pursed lips, that should calm you as well
Has your GP arranged any treatment or medication ?
