Brain fog, drowsy, drunk feeling for 3 years

I’ve felt this way since Jan 2015.

My details:

Female 21 y/o

Symptoms:

Brain fog

Feeling detached

Anxiety attacks

Rapid heart rate

Pupil dilation( one pupil will be bigger than the other sometimes but they switch off. Sometimes the left is bigger sometimes the right)

Blurred vision (esp my left eye)

Difficulty concentrating

Lack of motivation

Feel like I’m in a dream

Depth perception is off

Vertigo (I think)

Dizziness

Tests I’ve gotten done:

Glucose test

Full blood panel

Thyroid

Mri

Eye exams

Other weird ones I can’t remember. (Tapping on my elbows, bending my body in certain ways, eye movement testing etc)

I also got an EKG done.

All tests came back normal***

I tried many antipsychotics as many doctors just brushed it off as anxiety and no meds helped.

Total longshot here - I've dealt with similar symptoms (mainly the dizziness, elevated heart rate, brain fog, vertigo that isn't quite vertigo) and I recently saw an ear nose and throats doctor that specializes in dizziness. He diagnosed me with what is called a Perilymph Fistula. I haven't resolved my issue yet but I am  hopeful to have the required surgery within another month or two. It has shut my life down almost completely. Anyway, more info can be found here: http://vestibular.org/perilymph-fistula

You can also search YouTube for similar info. Everyone's symptoms are slightly different, my ENT told me.

If any of that seems plausible, I would ask you to get with an ENT/dizziness specialist asap and mention the Perilymph Fistula. It's a super rare condition I've been told, so it might be a longshot. I hope it helps.
