Brain tumor or anxiety

I'm 19, I don't smoke or drink, I have always been extremely healthy. About a month ago, I went to the ER for symptoms of a stroke. They took a plethora of tests which included a CT, MRI, MRA w/without contrast, EEG, EKG, Echocardiogram, Ultrasound of carotid arteries, and blood tests. All came back negative. I was released with of the diagnosis of a hemiplegic migraine, not knowing what caused it. It is now about four weeks since that incident and I still feel weird. I constantly have this pressure feeling on the left side of my head by my eye and there is sometimes a slight pain but it comes and goes and sometimes moves to the other side. My left shoulder and the left side of my neck are quite tense, I get dizzy spells, I zone out, I sometimes have difficulty concentrating and I sometimes get ringing in my right ear. I am extremely afraid that I have a grade 4 glioblastoma, which grew after the imaging because it is such a fast-growing tumor. I have so much anxiety. Some days I will feel better than others. I just want to feel normal again. I am terrified.

You said: "Some days I will feel better than others."

I'm pretty certain if you have a fast growing tumor somewhere in your head, you wouldn't be having the better days! It could simply all be anxiety related symptoms.

I've had a numb face, tingling face, tingling bits all over my body, ringing in both ears, dizziness, weakness, muscle cramps and a whole bunch of other things too. All my tests are clear as well. So what it could be? It's anxiety.
