i suffer with health anxiety and i know im suffering bad witg my sinus at the minute its giving me pain in my ear and also by my temple but every now and then i keep getting a pain on the side of my head on the skull and its absolutely freaking me out every pain i get i think its something bad i just dont know how to stop it
HI kayleigh ive had those similar pains before sometimes very short and sharp .it may be connected to a dental problem in my case the pains were just above my jaw and at around bottom of ear level bad part was it required a root canal and upper back tooth removal
same , lately my health anxiety has been focused on my head , i get that dropping feeling but in my head , i instantly hate all headaches because i fear an aneurysm . i would not say i have much pain in my head but i do get some ice pick headaches here in there . i think by me thinking of it much it makes me be more sensitive towards anything in my head
