Hey guys. Am I experiencing brain zaps? I have pain in my head for 1-20 seconds and it’s like I don’t know how to discrive it... a pinch? What do you think

Brain zaps can be caused by medication / medication withdrawal or sometimes nothing to do with that.
I get them sometimes, I describe them to my wife as being like 'a thunderstorm with lightening bolts'.
After a brain scan mri found all was well I was diagnosed with cluster headaches.
I take 'Naramig' as required which is not very often thankfully.
Ask your Doctor for advice.
