Are you taking meds? That’s a common symptom of medication withdrawal, it means you’ve withdrawn or lowered your dose too fast. It’s not a dangerous symptom but withdrawing too fast can lead to some serious effects, if I were you I’d talk to your dr about tappering more slowly (if you are withdrawing that is). Good luck!
