so i was doing a breast exam around the side of my left breast becasue i had a bad dream i had breast cancer there, i pressed super hard on the side of my breast on my ribs where i felt a hard small lump, my anxiety started coming back and i dont know what to do.... *the thing is i have a lot of hard and soft lumps on my ribs so i have no idea why this one is getting to me... i cant even find it anymore.* im also really thin so its easier to feel things in my body. i had a breast exam in march when i was 19 and my doc told me i was fine, i even had an ultra sound near that area for another rib lump (it turned out to be a lipoma) i guess im just worried something grew there during march to now?? i really dont wanna make a doctor appointment because i know they will just tell the i have anxiety again, im kind of just looking for comfort right now, i really know i shouldnt be worried but my mind keeps telling my i have cancer and it makes me so stressed all the time. thanks to anyone who reads this.
Hi, i too have been through anxiety due to lumps and it turns out i have 5 lipomas all over my body! Apparently, its common that if you get one then the chances are that you will have some more. Try not to worry, but definitely go to the Dr to put your mind at ease x

If you are unsettled about lumps and bumps, see your GP, However you need to understand how far you wish to go with this, you had tests in March and they came back clear.
Personally if you have had a Limpoma many of them are nothing to worry about, however you are where you are now, ask for a Breast Scan to put your mind at rest. One thing you need to understand tests cannot be undertaken again and again you may in the future cause yourself problems, however that is up to your GP to explain to you.
