IM WONDERING IF ANYONE EXPERIENCES BREAST PAIN AFTER PERIODS, I AM IN PERI-ALTHOUGH MY DOCTOR SAYS IM NOT WHICH IS A CROCK OF U KNOW WHAT, BUT ANYWAYS, WHAT DO YOU ALL USE TO HELP WITH THE PAIN AND SWELLING, I AM NOT PREGNANT BUT DA*N, HELP! I TAKE OTC ALEVE, TYLENOL AND IT DOESNT HELP LONG IF AT ALL. ANY ADVICE IS APPRECIATED

I DID had breast pain at 45 and after all these test ultrasound , mammograms it turned out nothing . it went away eventually and there is always another symptom.
ugh that doesnt sound good, mine started in 2017 and is progressing to worsening symptoms, its always right after i have my spotting/period, or sometimes during. Out of a month i have one good week and the rest is pure hell
have you tried vitamin E? thats what i take
no i havent tried that
