Breathing Anxiety or Else?

Hello,

I've previously posted about my breathing anxiety and the occasional slight wheeze I've had after exercising this last month and abit.

I tried an inhaler and didn't think it helped and I recently did a spirometry test which I passed without inhaler and passed abit better with.

I was worrying about my breathing during the test and I believe I could have done better but I passed.

I have had health anxiety for two years and breathing has always been apart.

Any body have any advice would be greatly appreciated

Hi I always think about my breathing, as I to suffer with health anxiety. I either sing to myself of count in my head to help my breathing and it does work. I also do deep breathing excises which help a lot to. Hope this helps you, I know what your going throw and it's a nightmare x

Thankyou, yes I do deep breathing exercises and I don't feel out of breath at all I just worry something will happen it's just my hypochondria.
