I'm so sad I'm ruining my kids childhood by not focusing on them .. any advice..x
I know how you feel! I get chest pain like where the sternum is and sometimes upper abdominal pain. I get dizzy spells and also experience shortness of breath sometimes. For the anti-depressants i use klonopin, but not very often because i dont want to become dependent on it. You should go for counseling or some kind of therapy! That helps too! The anxiety can give you symptoms depending on what you're thinking about. For example, if you think you have a cardiovascular issue, your mind will give you symptoms that mimic symptoms of a heart problem which could be scary!
Drink tea also , like a sleepy time tea! That helps! But make sure it has NO CAFFEINE! I went to the doctor and the ER numerous times and they told me im perfectly fine and to not drink tea that is caffeinated! As for the pills, try seeing a psychiatrist so they could prescribe one for you! I have OCD which sucks but what you're going through is just anxiety and it really sucks because it can give you physical symptoms that could mimic something serious.
I recommend you see your GP. Tell them about your pain and anxiety, and they may refer you to a psychiatrist. But drink some sleepy tea , try meditation, get some counseling and you'll be fine!
I think the pain in my upper sides gets worse because yes genrally I am thinking of it constantly.. The chest pains I have felt for along time so I know it's anxiety. I haven't heard of sleepy time tea does this relax u?
I know if I have tea coffee I get super anxious.
I think i think I will go back to the doctor and ask for some help councilling it's worth trying everything I suppose..
I was really reluctant to try anti depressants but now I think I might need that lift..
My husband seen that I was so stressed last night he took the kids out for a walk so I did a meditation I slept from 6 till 7am the next day I really needed it..
Thanks for your advice nice to have sites and kind people like this to turn to x
