i hope I am not going to sound mad... But does anyone sort of "not breathe" at times? I seem to get myself into this state where I am waiting for something to happen and then I find myself actually holding my breath! It's because I have vertigo attacks any time.... Any tips/ exercises? X
That is anxiety. Yo can learn to meditate which, if you get this a lot, would be very helpful.

My doctor told me that when I have a panic attack use a paper bag and breathe slowly, breathe with your nose and out his mouth.
